In the thick of it.

 

It’s been a while since the last update, and whilst things have progressed relatively slowly, things have certainly progressed. I’m now well and truly in the thick of it. The vast majority of the story, including the ending, is now in my mind and that’s a good thing. I always worry about a great ending and this one, as with Dragon King, will be a belter!

I’m now well past the halfway point and have around 32,000 words left to write (to reach my 80,000 word target). The next chapter is already forming in my mind, after that I’ll need a little inspiration to come to my aid. This isn’t unusual, I just need to leave things to settle in my mind and hey presto, ideas will form. 

To summarise; I’m pleased, I have strong ideas and a great ending already formed, things are looking good. So until the next update, take care. Progress has indeed been made and now, I’m in the thick of it…
